Forest bathing (shinrin-yoku) is a Japanese practice of immersing oneself in the forest atmosphere to promote health and wellbeing. Our guided sessions combine mindfulness meditation with sensory-rich forest experiences to reduce stress, improve mood, and enhance immune function.

During our retreats, we offer both group and solo meditation experiences in carefully selected natural settings that maximize the therapeutic benefits of the northern forest.

Slow Flow Yoga

Our slow flow yoga practices emphasize mindful movement, breath awareness, and presence. These sessions are designed to be accessible for all bodies and experience levels, focusing on gentle strengthening, flexibility, and nervous system regulation.
